Why we built this
Quota attainment is the sales industry's default performance metric, and it does not survive contact with reality. Quotas are set inside one company by one finance team. They vary by territory, comp plan, and whoever was quietly powerful in the last planning cycle. A 110% attainer in one patch is not the same animal as a 110% attainer in another, and recruiters know this — which is why claimed quota numbers on résumés are quietly ignored.
WinsAbove exists because the verified version was missing. Pull the deal records straight from the system of record. Normalize against peers at the same role, segment, and deal-size band. Return a single number on a 0–5 scale that answers the question recruiters actually ask: is this rep above replacement, and by how much?
What we do
- Connect to your CRM in 60 seconds. Read-only OAuth to Salesforce or HubSpot via merge.dev. We never write back.
- Calculate your Alpha Score. Empirical percentile rank against an industry benchmark distribution, transformed into a cohort-normalized number. Read the methodology if you want the full algorithm.
- Publish a verified scorecard. Stealth mode by default. Flip it on when you're job-hunting, off when you're not.
- Give recruiters a real filter. Sort inbound by verified Alpha instead of self-reported quota claims.

How we plan to operate
WinsAbove is pre-launch. The platform is not yet processing customer CRM data in production. The principles below describe how the integration is being designed.
- Read-only CRM access. The planned integration uses merge.dev to negotiate read-only OAuth with Salesforce and HubSpot. The intended scope cannot write back to your CRM.
- Hosted on Cloudflare. TLS 1.3 in transit, Cloudflare WAF and DDoS in front of every request, secrets in Cloudflare Worker secrets. Customer data store is not yet provisioned. Security & trust.
- GDPR and CCPA — design intent. The platform is being designed to align with GDPR and CCPA principles. Email privacy@winsabove.com for any rights request.
- No certifications today. WinsAbove holds no SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other third-party attestations. SOC 2 Type II is a future objective. Buyers requiring an attestation today should treat WinsAbove as pre-attestation.
